Bridges and Gaps between Formal and Computational Linguistics
BriGap 2026
About this Conference
A workshop bringing together formal linguists, computational linguists, and NLP scientists to explore the intersections and potential bridges between their research domains. The event aims to foster dialogue about the relationships between traditional linguistic approaches and modern computational methods.
Call for Papers
The event accepts both archival and non-archival submissions. Archival submissions include novel, unpublished research in short (up to 4 pages) or long (up to 8 pages) formats. Non-archival submissions cover work-in-progress or previously presented research. Camera-ready versions get an additional page.
