Call for Papers

Papers should be prepared in English using IEEE format. Two submission types are available: full papers (6 pages) and short papers (4 pages). Papers will be evaluated by at least 2 members of the Scientific Program Committee. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
