Call for Papers

Abstracts (1-2 pages) and full papers (4-6 pages) are invited. Submissions must follow IEEE standard double-column A4 format, be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Papers should be submitted through EasyChair. At least one author must attend and present the paper.
