Call for Papers
Paper submissions must be in English, maximum 10 pages (excluding references), following IEEE conference manuscript formatting guidelines. Double-column text, single-spaced 10-point font on 8.5 × 11-inch pages. Double-anonymized review process. One author must register at full rate and present the work at the conference. IEEE Xplore publication requires full registration and presentation.
