About this Conference

The ACII conference is the premier international venue for interdisciplinary research on designing systems that can recognize, interpret, and simulate human emotions. The 2026 edition focuses on multicultural affective computing, exploring how emotion-aware technologies can interact appropriately across different cultural contexts.

Call for Papers

The conference invites submissions for main track papers, special track papers, and interactive demos. Papers must be original research on affective computing. A paper-to-demo fast track is available for papers with interactive systems or prototypes. Accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI.
