Call for Papers

Papers must adhere to IEEE double-column proceedings format. Regular/full papers are limited to 8 pages, short papers to 6 pages, and posters to 2 pages. Submissions must be original work not under review elsewhere. Single-blind peer-review process. Each accepted paper must be presented in person by an author.
