About this Conference

An interdisciplinary workshop bringing together computational linguistics and NLP researchers with mental health practitioners to explore using computational methods for understanding mental health through human language. The workshop focuses on advancing knowledge about emotional and mental states beyond simple classification.

Call for Papers

Seeking original, unpublished work on computational approaches to mental health. Accepts long papers (up to 8 pages), short papers (up to 4 pages), and position papers. All submissions must be fully anonymized, include ethical considerations, and discuss limitations. Topics include machine learning methods, linguistic approaches, clinical assessment, and technology deployment in mental health contexts.
