Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by the conference committees and international reviewers. Accepted papers of ICARA 2023 after proper registration and presentation will be collected into ICARA 2023 Conference Proceedings, which will be archived in IEEE Xplore, and indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, and other indexing services.
ICARA 2023 is listed in IEEE Official Conference Calendar.
