IC4E 2021 is sponsored by Faculty of Science and Engineering, Waseda University. It aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar students to exchange and share their experience, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of E-Education, E-Business, E-Management and E-Learning, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.

Note: If COVID-19 is not under controled by then, the conference will be in online format. And the publication will be processed as planned.
